Simple fixes such as window screens, broken blinds, missing handles on cabinets, and leaky faucets.
Cover all those pesky holes from hanging picture frames and holiday decor with some Spackle and a fresh coat of paint. This will give a clean slate for new buyers.
Check/replace your A/C filters.
Have service records readily available. Prospective buyers may have questions on recent service done to the home. This will save you hassle later trying to find them in your moving boxes.
